Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote educational services, generate student enrollments, and build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and educational partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving admission targets, handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate student enrollments and achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, academies, and educational partners.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs, university pathways, admission requirements, and related services.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in visits.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
  • Guide students and parents regarding application procedures, required documentation, IELTS, SAT, and other admission-related requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, enrollments, and customer interactions in the company database or CRM.
  • Coordinate counseling sessions, meetings, and presentations with prospective students and parents.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, academies, and educational institutions across Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, and other target regions.
  • Participate in educational exhibitions, seminars, workshops, school visits, and promotional events.
  • Support marketing campaigns through social media engagement, outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and updates for management.
  • Represent the organization professionally during all client interactions and events.
  • Collaborate with admissions and administrative teams to ensure smooth student processing and enrollment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, student recruitment, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with educational consultancy, admissions processes, and student counseling will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and strong ethical conduct.
