We're Hiring | Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 (Open Budget for the Right Candidate)

Blue Star Manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills who can effectively engage with international clients and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Neutral or professional English accent
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities
• Fluent and confident conversational skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, telemarketing, or a similar role will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and existing clients professionally
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and other communication channels
• Present company products and services effectively
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with team members to support business growth
