Sales Executive

Nova Marketing is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as and contribute to our dynamic real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales leads.
• Conduct client follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
• Coordinate client meetings and support the sales team with documentation.
• Guide clients regarding property investment opportunities and current market trends.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
