• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the air and sea freight sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver competitive freight quotations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report activity updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within freight forwarding / logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of Air & Sea Freight operations and pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
