Overview of the Role

You will maximize sales opportunities, deliver outstanding customer experience, and build long term relationships. Your mission: drive sales, boost finance and insurance product uptake, increase trade ins and accessories sales, while smashing customer satisfaction goals.

What You Will Do

• Achieve and maintain company sales standards and brand prestige.
• Exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives.
• Adhere to sales and prospecting systems; log prospects to grow customer base.
• Handle cash and credit customers following company procedures.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, market trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive sales a plus).
• Proven ability to upsell and create value through new products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Confident negotiator who influences customer decisions.

About the Team

You'll join a dynamic, target driven team where energy, commitment, and collaboration are key. You'll work closely with the Branch Manager, Sales Executives, and Support Staff to drive results and elevate customer experience. Expect a fast paced schedule-including evenings and weekends.

• Strong relationship builder with sharp negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Solid technical understanding of automobiles and customer centric selling.
