Sales Executive and Receptionist

We’re Hiring – Reception & Sales Executive

Location: Dubai

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and results-driven Reception & Sales Executive to join our growing aesthetic clinic.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome patients with professionalism and a warm attitude.

* Handle calls, WhatsApp, and appointment bookings.

* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.

* Explain clinic services, treatments, and promotions clearly.

* Maintain excellent customer service before and after appointments.

* Coordinate with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

* Keep patient records accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a reception or sales role (experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic is a strong advantage).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluent in Arabic and English

* Strong sales and customer service mindset.

* Well-organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with CRM or clinic management systems is an advantage.
