SALES EXECUTIVE (ARABIC)

Job Title: Sales Executive – Electronics & Telecom
Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a leading electronics and telecom retail shop in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in electronics or telecom sales, with a strong understanding of sales KPIs, target achievement, and customer engagement. The candidate should be able to promote products effectively, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, gadgets, and electronic products based on their needs.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Promote telecom plans, accessories, and electronic devices to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain sales KPIs, including conversion rate, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, with attractive product displays and updated pricing.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with the latest electronics and telecom products, offers, and promotions.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in electronics or telecom retail sales.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Arabic speaking is required; English communication skills are an advantage.
