Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role (freshers can be considered for junior roles)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
