Job Title: Sales Executive (B2C)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2C Sales Executive to sell our products/services directly to end customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and reach out to them through calls, visits, and social platforms

Present products and provide complete information to customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct follow-ups for lead conversion and after-sales support

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in CRM

Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns

Provide market insights and customer feedback to management

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven experience in B2C sales (Real Estate / Retail / Telecom etc. preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Basic understanding of sales tactics and customer handling
