The Sales Executive – B2B (FinTech) is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for financial technology products and services. The role focuses on selling FinTech solutions such as digital payments, POS systems, merchant acquiring, lending platforms, wallets, or SaaS-based financial solutions. The candidate will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and onboard new B2B clients including SMEs, corporates, and merchants.
- Promote and sell FinTech products and solutions (e.g., payment gateways, POS terminals, digital wallets, merchant services, SaaS platforms).
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned business clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and corporate partners.
- Support clients during onboarding, implementation, and post-sales stages.
- Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the FinTech sector.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and activity reports.
- Provide regular forecasts, performance updates, and market feedback to management.
Field Sales & Coordination:
- Conduct regular field visits to prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and KYC requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Any nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with proven FinTech / financial services exposure.
- Experience in selling payments, POS, merchant acquiring, banking products, or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
