Job Summary:
Mars Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for B2B sales within the traders' segment, promoting and selling a wide range of building materials, power and hand tools, sanitary and electrical products, and more.

You will be responsible for promoting our in-house brand, Golden Bull, which offers a comprehensive range of power tools, hand tools, engine products, hardware, adhesives, sealants, plywood, and related building materials.

In addition, the role involves representing other reputed brands, including STG and Geepas, while developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales Development:
  • Identify and target potential B2B customers (e.g., traders, wholesalers, contractors) for building materials, power and hand tools, and sanitary/electrical products.
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of products, including building materials, power tools, sanitary products, and electrical goods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:
  • Represent and promote multiple renowned brands in the GCC professionally and effectively in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure customers are well-informed about the product range, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Market Research and Lead Generation:
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities within the traders' segment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to generate new leads and close sales deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist clients with product selection, delivery schedules, and any post-sales support.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, and client communications.
  • Report on sales progress, potential obstacles, and business opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-up and account management.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services offered by Mars Trading LLC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials, tools, or construction sector.
  • Knowledge of building materials, sanitary products, electrical goods, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (experience with sales management tools is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Saturday)
  • Sharjah, UAE
  • Salary negotiable and we are ready to offer attrctive salary + incentives
