CAF is Hiring: Sales Executive – B2B Coffee Concept

The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across Kuwait (cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, retailers, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
Present and promote our coffee products to new and existing clients
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales (F&B, coffee, hospitality, or FMCG preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English and Arabic
Valid Kuwait driving license and transferable residency
