We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or perfume industry. The right candidate will have strong client-relationship skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets in a competitive market.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and present suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals and expand customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales growth and expanding market reach.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of sales and prospects.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or field.
Other Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs.
- Valid UAE driving license.
