Sales Executive – B2B (Perfume Accessories)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support and grow our B2B sales in the perfume accessories segment. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and supporting revenue growth by working closely with perfume manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients including perfume manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities
• Present and promote perfume accessory products to prospective and existing clients
• Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures under guidance from the sales manager
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order execution
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in perfume accessories, fragrance, cosmetics, packaging, or related industries
• Basic understanding of the perfume or fragrance industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
