Job Overview


We're looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive the sale of our premium licenses and products while fostering transparent, trust-based relationships with professional partners and corporate clients. You'll collaborate with sales support, operations, finance, and corporate training teams to keep clients fully informed about our offerings and application statuses. A key part of the role involves sourcing and generating new leads to hit ambitious sales targets. Expect a mix of office-based work via phone and email, plus in-person meetings and visits to build lasting partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive and monitor sales through professional partners to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Follow up on client payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships with professional partners.
  • Assist with queries, concerns, and support needs from partners and clients.
  • Manage client expectations effectively, especially during challenging application processes like delays or rejections.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to identify new sales opportunities and secure partnerships.
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and nurture them into conversions.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and key appraisals with the Director of Client Relations.
  • Organize and attend regular meetings with new and existing professional partners.
  • Travel internationally as needed to engage with partners and clients.
  • Engage fully in CRM activities, leveraging its features to optimize performance.
  • Participate in training and development sessions as required.
  • Liaise with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to provide seamless client updates.
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and KPIs as needed.
  • Stay current with updates to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle other job-related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Full proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
  • Experience in diverse, multicultural organizations.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.


Experience


  • Tertiary qualification in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven sales and client engagement experience in B2B environments.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in customer service or account management.
  • Knowledge of the industry (business setup/free zones) is advantageous.
  • Experience tracking KPIs such as customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
