We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Booking Team. The ideal candidate will handle all customer inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience — from the first call to the final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients.
  • Assist and guide clients in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs.
  • Convince and close bookings through strong communication and sales skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and return processes.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or car rental industry (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for cars, especially Tesla and luxury vehicles, is a plus.
