Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the building materials industry, specifically in the sales of timber, plywood, MDF, and gypsum boards. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge and a demonstrated ability to drive sales across various client segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales activities for building material products including timber, plywood, MDF, and gypsum boards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients such as contractors, joineries, traders, project developers, and event/exhibition companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Specialized knowledge and experience in selling timber, plywood, MDF, and gypsum boards.
- Demonstrated success in selling to a diverse client base, including project contractors, joineries, traders, and event companies.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
