Sales Executive – Building Materials (Project Sales)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with expertise in project sales of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary installations. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining strong relationships within the construction and building industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new clients in the building materials sector.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials to contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.
  • Accurately document sales contracts and agreements.

Reporting and Coordination

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the building materials industry is preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle is preferred
