Sales Executive - Call Center

Bukhari HR Consultancy is hiring for one of its renewable solar energy development clients, a Netherlands-based company specializing in the development of solar energy and battery storage projects across the Benelux region, Europe, and the UK.

We are currently seeking a Business Developer Calling Agent to support international client outreach and contribute to business development initiatives across European markets.

Job Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for contacting potential clients across Europe and the UK, generating leads, arranging meetings, and supporting the senior business development team through structured calling and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings for senior business developers
  • Follow up on cold emails and previous meetings
  • Present company services professionally and handle client objections
  • Maintain daily communication records in CRM
  • Update client status and schedule follow-ups
  • Generate reports on call outcomes and conversion rates
  • Assist in project setup, planning, and monitoring
  • Conduct desk research and basic analysis
  • Prepare presentations and workflow documentation
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fresh graduates encourage to apply
  • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • Confident personality with professional phone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, or CRM systems (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated, honest, and professional work ethic
  • Willingness to learn sales communication strategies
