The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding product penetration within the Car Care & Workshop Consumables segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day-to-day account management across assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops, garages, fleets, and retailers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
- Promote and sell car care products and workshop consumables in line with company strategy.
- Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Execute pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives as directed by management.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, coordination with supply chain, and follow-up on deliveries.
- Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Experience in sales within car care products, workshop consumables, automotive aftermarket, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of workshop operations and consumables usage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering or a related field;
Experience & Skills: **
- Having 3 to 7 years’ Experience in sales within car care products, workshop consumables, automotive aftermarket, or related industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
