Sales Executive (Chat Support) – Night Shift

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive (Chat Support) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via chat platforms, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through chat on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, and Discord.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to team performance.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Familiarity with online platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, Discord.
• Ability to work in the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Previous sales or customer service experience will be a plus.
