Lab Diagnostics Sales Executive
1. Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business from hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, doctors,
- Promote pathology, radiology, wellness packages, specialty & referral tests
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (B2B / B2C )
- Convert cold calls into active accounts
2. Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, pathologists, and hospital administrators
- Regularly meet doctors for test awareness, panels, and protocol discussions
- Ensure retention and growth of existing accounts
3. Field Activity & Market Coverage
- Conduct daily field visits (minimum 6–8 quality calls/day)
- Identify new hospitals, clinics, and collection centers
- Ensure brand visibility through posters, standees, referral pads, and CMEs
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and test offerings
4. Sample Flow & Operations Coordination
- Ensure smooth sample collection, logistics, and timely dispatch
- Coordinate with phlebotomy, processing lab, and logistics teams
- Track TAT, report quality, and service issues
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure service excellence
5. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Support doctor meetings, health camps, and wellness drives
- Promote new tests, packages, and offers
- Assist in planning local marketing campaigns
6. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR), sales funnel, and pipeline
- Track sample count, revenue, doctor-wise contribution
- Submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Provide market feedback to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
