We are a dynamic and growing company in the coffee and beverage vending industry, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Vending Machine Sales Executive will be responsible for driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients for our state-of-the-art coffee vending machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients for our coffee vending solutions in various sectors (e.g., corporate offices, co-working spaces, healthcare facilities, and commercial establishments).
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value, quality, and benefits of our vending machines and coffee products.
  • Understand client needs and tailor vending solutions to meet their specific requirements and budget.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new clients to successfully close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team for installation and servicing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Proven sales experience in the vending machine industry is essential. You must have a deep understanding of vending operations and sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) sector is a significant advantage.
  • An existing network of contacts within corporate and commercial real estate sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
