Job Description

Raast Solutions is hiring 15 Sales Executives (Male & Female) for our international US-based projects. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals who are eager to build their careers in sales and cold calling.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with international clients, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential international clients.
• Pitch services confidently and professionally to generate leads.
• Maintain daily call volume and talk-time targets.
• Record and manage client information accurately in CRM tools.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales, call centers, or cold calling is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
