Summary

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the corporate (B2B) segment.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Conduct hotel inspections and client visits to showcase facilities.
  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet client expectations.
  • Keep account information updated in CRM or database systems.
  • Assist in Sales Blitz and promotional activities as needed.
  • Support competitor research and maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain professional relationships with industry contacts and partners.
  • Help identify operational issues affecting sales performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or B2B sector, is an advantage.
  • Professional, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
