  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the credit card and personal loan sectors, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting credit card and personal loan products.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new credit card and personal loan sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable credit card and loan products.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes within the credit and lending industry.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit card and personal loan applications and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals for future business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure complete awareness of bank’s product features, policies and processes always.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
