Sales Executive (Custom Packaging)(Night shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the packaging industry.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored custom packaging solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client specifications are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in sales (Custom Packaging).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
