As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Dammam - KSA.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive direct sales of our comprehensive PPE portfolio. This is a field-intensive role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the safety, industrial, medical, or construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales & Business Development: Actively hunt for new clients and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Location Visits & Client Management: Conduct daily field visits to client sites and offices to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Sales Process & Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to successful deal closure and payment collection.
  • Product Knowledge & Solution Selling: Become an expert on our PPE products to provide tailored, value-driven solutions to clients.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activity and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B direct sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in PPE, industrial safety, medical supplies, or Fast-Moving Industrial Goods (FMIG) sales is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven "hunter" with resilience, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
