Sales Executive – Dental Equipment & Orthodontic Products

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in our Dental CAD/CAM lab equipment, Orthodontic product line, and Intraoral Scanners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental or medical device sales and a passion for digital dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dental CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, milling machines, and Intraoral Scanners to dental clinics and laboratories.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, orthodontists, and dental technicians.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and key accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Dental Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in dental equipment or orthodontic product sales.
• Strong understanding of digital dentistry, CAD/CAM systems, and intraoral scanning technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and exhibitions.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
