About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven bilingual Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. (This is a Sales role, not a Digital Marketing position)

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Present, promote, and sell digital marketing services to existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Sales Representative (minimum 2 years).
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency (preferred, 1 - 2 years).
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Bilingual – Fluent in English (required).
• UAE driving license is a plus.
