Sales Executive (Digital Services Sales)

We are a fast-growing IT and Digital Branding company offering website development, SEO, digital marketing, and full branding solutions. We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive who can bring in new clients, close deals confidently, and represent our company effectively in business meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients for our digital and IT services.
• Pitch and present service packages in a clear and compelling way.
• Generate leads through calls, social platforms, networking, and meetings.
• Close deals and onboard new clients to the company.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Compensation & Commission Structure:

Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 per month

Commission on Every Client Closed (paid immediately after closing)

Residual Commission: Continuous monthly commission for every client you closed, as long as the project remains active and the company earns from it.

Travel/Meeting Expenses: All official business meeting expenses for inter-city or local travel will be covered by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (IT, software, or digital marketing sales preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain digital services in a simple and professional manner.
• Confidence in closing deals and meeting targets.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-driven personality.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
