Sales Executive (E-commerce)

The Role
Description: An E-commerce Sales Executive is responsible for boosting online sales and driving revenue growth by managing digital platforms, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring an excellent online customer experience. They act as the link between the company and its online customers. Main Duties: 1. Platform Management - Oversee the online store’s performance, user experience, and content updates. - Manage product listings, pricing, and ensure site functionality. 2. Sales & Marketing: - Develop and run digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads). - Analyse sales data and competitor trends to improve performance. 3. Customer Relationship Management: - Provide timely and professional customer support. - Manage payment systems and promote customer loyalty.) 4. Collaboration: - Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, logistics, and tech teams to align goals and operations. 5. Performance & Reporting: - Meet sales targets and track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations. Job Requirements: 1. Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. 2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others is often required. 3. Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies. 4. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to online sales 5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of e-commerce. 6. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams, like marketing, sales, and IT. 7. Strong analytical skills 8. Strong communication skills.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. 2. 2 years’ experience in online a similar position and online sales. 3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analysis.
