Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Location: Assigned Territory / Field Based

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute daily field visits to assigned markets, housing societies, plazas, under- construction projects, and corporate offices.

· Promote and pitch company’s electric products to electricians, contractors, consultants, builders, dealers, and corporate clients.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. · Develop and maintain a strong customer database within the assigned territory. · Provide detailed product briefings and demonstrations, ensuring customers understand product features, quality, and pricing.

· Regularly follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

· Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotions, and new project developments.

· Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales performance updates through MS Excel and Word.

· Coordinate with distribution, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Represent the company professionally and ethically in the market at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Intermediate with relevant experience may also be considered).

· 1–3 years of sales experience in electrical, construction, or B2B field sales preferred. · Basic proficiency in MS Word & Excel for reporting and analysis.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field. · Motorcycle mandatory for daily market visits.
