Sales Executive – Electronics

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive – Electronics is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling electronic products to retail and corporate customers. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic products.

· Present, promote, and sell electronic products to existing and prospective customers.

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.

· Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively demonstrate and explain features.

· Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring profitability.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and monitor competitors.

· Ensure proper merchandising and display of products in the showroom/retail outlets.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

· Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in electronics, retail, or related industry.

· Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and technology trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Fluency in English
