Sales Executive (Elevators)

We are looking for a dynamic sales executive with proven track record in the elevator industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the UAE’s residential, commercial, and luxury real estate sectors.
  • Study drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with UAE-based consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Handle the entire sales process independently, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Manage existing client portfolios, including the sale of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and modernization (MOD) services.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure project specifications meet local safety standards and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience specifically within the UAE elevator industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of elevator systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
