Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sales coordination and administrative activities efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and customers in English and Arabic when required.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and filing systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requirements and order processing.
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, payments, and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Manage emails, phone calls, scheduling, and office correspondence professionally.
- Support management with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic speaking preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in GCC countries preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
