Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily sales coordination and administrative activities efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients and customers in English and Arabic when required.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain customer records, sales data, and filing systems accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requirements and order processing.
  • Follow up with clients for inquiries, payments, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, scheduling, and office correspondence professionally.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic speaking preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in GCC countries preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
