Job Description

  • Lead and execute strategic sales activities focused on ERP software solutions for enterprises in KSA.

  • Proactively identify and develop relationships with target accounts; act as a trusted point of contact for key decision-makers.

  • Assist in the sales cycle: consultative selling, preparing tailored proposals, closing deals, and onboarding new clients.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with assigned accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

  • Manage relationships exceptionally well—internally with teams and externally with clients and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure solutions fit client requirements.

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Deliver compelling technology presentations, coordinate for product demonstrations, and participate in relevant industry events.

  • Stay current on ERP industry trends, competitive landscape, and KSA technology market.

  • Prepare, present, and deliver high-quality business presentations, sales reports, and documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Ensure timely logging and tracking of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.

  • Ready and willing to travel throughout KSA to meet clients as required.

  • Demonstrate timezone flexibility for customer and internal meetings.

  • Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and KSA regulatory requirements.


Requirements

  • KSA nationals only.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.).

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in ERP solutions/account management and sales within KSA.

  • Track record of achieving sales targets in the software or enterprise solutions sector.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Strong proficiency in preparing and delivering business documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • CRM knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability and willingness to travel and adjust working hours to accommodate customer time zones.

  • Deep knowledge of the KSA business environment and technology buyers.
