We are a reputable and rapidly expanding events management company based in Doha, Qatar. Our firm specializes in delivering high-quality corporate functions, exhibitions, private events, and bespoke experiences. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our business development efforts.

Position Summary:

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships within the events sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting tailored event solutions, and supporting the successful planning and execution of events. The role requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of sales processes and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both corporate and private event sectors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company services and capabilities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements.
  • Achieve established sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations and creative teams to ensure accurate delivery of event solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the events, hospitality, or related industries.
  • A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
