Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct effective negotiations to close sales while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
