We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role is suited for a professional with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and skilled at managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within target markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide consultative solutions by understanding client challenges and offering tailored products/services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize account value.
Performance & Reporting
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and advanced sales techniques.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build brand presence.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of proven experience in sales within the UAE.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategies for high-value clients and close complex deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment.
Salary: 4000AED - 8000AED per Month.
