Role Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is a full-time on-site position based in Karachi. The role involves assisting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from booking to handover.

Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher eager to learn, we welcome individuals with a passion for real estate and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
• Provide accurate information about our projects, pricing, and installment plans
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales and admin teams to ensure consistent service
• Ensure every client interaction reflects the Al Ghafoor standard of excellence

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems on the go
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping people
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
