Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will build relationships with customers, drive sales of new and pre-owned bikes, manage test rides and deliveries, and provide excellent after-sales follow-up to ensure customer delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet showroom visitors, qualify leads, and convert walk-ins to sales.
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations; explain features and financing options.
- Follow up on enquiries, bookings, and leads (phone, WhatsApp, email).
- Coordinate with service, finance, and parts teams to smoothen the customer journey.
- Prepare quotations, process bookings, and ensure timely delivery paperwork.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership system/CRM.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in local marketing events, rides, and customer engagement activities.
- Solicit and act on customer feedback to improve satisfaction and CSI scores.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (2-wheelers preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is a plus.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with test rides and demonstrating product features.
- Basic knowledge of finance/loan processes and documentation.
- Proficiency with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic computer/MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and work in a fast-paced showroom.
Preferred
- Prior experience selling Royal Enfield or other motorcycle brands.
- Familiarity with dealership CRM and lead management tools.
