About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales successfully.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
