Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries
• Counsel clients regarding immigration, study abroad, and consultancy services
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
• Coordinate with processing and legal teams for smooth case handling
• Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (consultancy/immigration sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a closing attitude
• Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, MS Office)
• Professional appearance and ethical conduct
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
