Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Female Senior Tele-Sales Executive to manage outbound B2B calling for UAE e-Invoicing compliance solutions. This role involves engaging key decision-makers, explaining FTA-mandated requirements, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into confirmed sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to UAE-based businesses regarding FTA e-Invoicing compliance
• Identify and engage decision-makers using structured call scripts
• Clearly explain compliance timelines, regulatory risks, and service benefits
• Handle objections professionally and build strong client rapport
• Schedule follow-up calls and hand over qualified leads to sales consultants
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion KPIs
• Coordinate with marketing and compliance teams to align outreach campaigns

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• 1–2 years experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B outbound sales
• Hindi preferred; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Strong telephone presence with effective objection-handling skills
• Basic understanding of B2B compliance or willingness to learn quickly
• Self-disciplined, consistent, and results-oriented approach

Visa Preference

• Candidates under husband or parent sponsorship (highly preferred)
