Sales Executive (Female)

Fran Capelli Academy is a growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised training in Hairdressing, Barbering, Building & Construction and other vocational courses across Australia. We are expanding our team and looking for a confident and results-driven Female Sales Executive to support our student enrolment and business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Communicate with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process
• Promote courses and services effectively
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads and sales activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in dealing with clients
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge
