Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting international sales growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000
• Attractive Commission Structure (based on sales performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities in international markets.
• Research potential clients through their websites and social media platforms.
• Identify key decision-makers and establish contact.
• Build and maintain a database of gatekeepers (first point of contact), including full name and title, for future communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various regions.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and negotiating deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Passion for sales and customer relationship building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
