Sales Executive – Fire & Safety

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our fire fighting, safety, and inspection services/products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety sales, identify potential clients, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in industries such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, hospitality, and facilities management.

Promote and sell fire fighting equipment, safety solutions, and inspection services.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.

Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals efficiently.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the operations team for service delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience specifically in fire safety, fire fighting equipment, safety solutions, or inspection services.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of fire safety products, services, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical details and explain them to customers clearly.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel within assigned regions for client meetings and site visits.

Professional appearance and behaviour.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
