Experience Required: Minimum 4 years (UAE experience mandatory)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in Fire & Safety systems to expand our business, manage key client relationships, and secure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a track record of achieving sales targets in the fire safety industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire fighting, fire alarm, and safety systems.
  • Engage with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients to promote company solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in line with client requirements.
  • Follow up on leads, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams for technical clarifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE sales experience in the Fire & Safety industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including consultants and regulatory authorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in obtaining civil defense approvals.
  • Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 + performance-based incentives
  • Transportation allowance
  • Call allowance
  • Company accommodation allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
