About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with a proven background in the fit-out or architectural industry to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires frequent travel across the UAE; therefore, a valid UAE driver’s license is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deliver project presentations.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored fit-out or architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, competitors, and market conditions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE within the fit-out or architectural sector.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License with flexibility to travel extensively across the country.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, design concepts, and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
